New Jersey Administrative Code Sub-chapter 7, Barrier Free Subcode
The provisions of this sub-chapter shall apply to all buildings, including their associated sites and facilities, and portions thereof, unless exempted by this sub-chapter. This sub-chapter shall be interpreted to require access for people with disabilities, including, but not limited to, occupants, employees, consumers, students, spectators, participants, or visitors.
